Vendor / Sponsor Registration

Dear Sponsor,

 The 15th annual North Texas Pride “Come As You Are” Festival will be held at the ArtCentre of Plano at Haggard Park in historic downtown Plano on Saturday, October 11, 2025 from 12pm - 5pm. During the North Texas Pride Festival guests of all ages will enjoy music, live performances, kid activities, face painters, games, giveaways, food and beverages, vendor and sponsor booths and much more.

Terms and Agreement

*By registering you agree to all promotions for the NTP festival via the NTPF website and all other promotional materials.

*By registering, you agree to promote the NTP festival via website postings, email blasts, social media, & other promotional means.

*By registering, you agree to abide by the following:

• All displays, marketing collateral and messaging displayed in your booth must be G-rated.

• Registrants and Vendors will not display, sell or give away any items that may be considered offensive, obscene, or of an adult nature. NTP leadership may ask you to remove items and or amend messaging, conduct, etc. at anytime.

• Other policies and procedures as written in the Sponsor Packet and/or Vendor Policies and Procedures.

Rain or Shine Event

All donations and registration fees are non-refundable.
